When will the business seller email me back?2020-02-20T21:43:01+00:00

When you use the contact form to contact the business seller, the emails are sent directly to the seller and not us. Unfortunately we have no control over when the seller will email you back. You are entitled to use the contact form to send a chase up email. When you send a chase up email make sure you let the seller know you are very interested.

You can check when you will next be billed by going into PayPal billing. To get to PayPal billing follow below.

Log into your Dashboard

Click PayPal Billing left hand side of the dashboard page.

You will then be taken to PayPal, please login

My pre-approved payments page will show.

Find Global Biz Buyer in the list and click on it.

You will then see all information related to your subscription.

Under Billing details you will see your next payment due.

If you wish to view your receipts & invoices you can do so by logging into your PayPal account. A receipt will also be emailed to you every time you’re billed. You will be billed every 28 days.

I have registered for an account but I didn’t set a password. How do I log in?2020-02-20T21:50:44+00:00

Once you have created an account membership with Global Biz Buyer. You must check your email. Your email will contain your temporary password. You can keep this password however we strongly recommend you set it to something you will remember. We do this because it also verifies your email address.

I have registered for a membership, paid for the service and realised I have set my account up in the wrong email.2020-02-20T21:50:04+00:00

If you have setup your account in the wrong email. Don’t worry too much. You will have a PayPal transaction receipt. Please keep this very safe and contact us. We will use this and some other details to confirm its you and then we can change your email from our side.  Please use the support contact form on this page.

Good news. Once you have created your membership account with Global Biz Buyer and created your advert, once you finalise it will go live instantly.

If you would like to report a listing please visit our report listing page. Please have the Listing ID ready as we will need this to look at the listing you are reporting. You can find the listing ID on every business for sale listing.

To contact a seller please fill out the contact form which is located on the right side of the business for sale page on desktop view. Enter your name, phone number, email and message. The seller will email you back directly.

How do I advertise my business for sale on Global Biz Buyer?2020-02-20T21:46:10+00:00

Really Easy. All you have to do is visit our membership page. Choose a membership what works for you best and then create an account. Once you create your account you will be emailed with your password. Once you are logged in you can create your business for sale listing. Once your listing is created your advert will go live!

Completely delete my account2020-02-20T21:45:16+00:00

When you cancel your subscription with us either inside the membership dashboard or your PayPal account your listings will expire and not be shown online. You can also delete your listings inside the edit listings menu. If you wish to completely delete your account including your username & password please use the contact form on this page and choose completely delete my account. We will then delete every information held on your profile. We will only do this if you have no active subscription and all listings have been deleted by yourself first.

You will then be taken to PayPal, please login

My pre-approved payments page will show.

Find Global Biz Buyer in the list and click on it.

Then on the next page, click cancel. Thats it your subscription to Global Biz Buyer has been canceled. Your account will expire within 24 hours taking all live listings down if you have not yet removed them.
